Author Contributions

For transparency, we require corresponding authors to provide co-authorship contributions for the manuscript via a SUPPLEMENTARY DOCUMENT (SEE AUTHOR GUIDELINES FOR THE SUPPLEMENTARY DOCUMENT TEMPLATE).

The roles to be considered include: Conceptualization; Data curation; Formal analysis; Funding acquisition; Investigation; Methodology; Project administration; Resources; Software; Supervision; Validation; Visualization; Writing – original draft preparation; and Writing – review and editing.

Note that not all roles may apply to all manuscripts, and authors may have contributed through multiple roles.
